National Inclusion Week marks the perfect time to reflect on how we can create more inclusive and diverse workplaces. This year’s national inclusion week theme is ‘Impact Matters’, a call-to-action to everyone in your organisation, from leaders, to inclusion professionals through to teams and individuals. So, how can we make impact? Well I think we have to start by taking a look at where things currently stand, we have to listen to those who are in the know, and from there, we can begin to make a plan for change.
