I Have highlighted a crucial aspect of organizational dynamics. Internal promotions often depend on mentorship and skill development from within the company. It's a balancing act for managers to ensure they can both train staff effectively and focus on operational success. Neglecting training can lead to skill gaps and service issues, but it's unfair to blame supervisors or staff without providing adequate resources for training and development. Companies must prioritize equipping their staff with the right skills and knowledge to thrive.
