At Uduma we sell water. Pretty simple, right? Yet, the more you look into it, the more complicated it gets. Especially if you want to reach the most remote villages, make it accessible in terms of price, and cover your costs. Turns out, we can't make this work just by being efficient and smart. The institutional framework we operate in makes a big difference. This is what Johannes Wagner will discuss next week. I promise, it will not be an abstract presentation on policy and frameworks. It will be a hands-on discussion, offering private operators in the rural water supply the opportunity to rethink our ambition to scale and provide water for all.
