This talk is 12 years old but still powerful. Creative Confidence! Imagine thinking that you aren’t creative and then learning it’s not that you’re not creative it’s just that you don’t practice being creative. Creativity isn’t just for designers and painters and anyone on your creative services team. If you can every single week/month take your teams/company’s through creative brainstorming. Do that for a year and really make it a big deal and I’m sure your company will never be the same. It may not seem like it immediately but trust you’ll start to see and feel a different company, more engaged teams, and the list of benefits goes on and on! #FooliesApproved

Image is so much more than just how we look... People often equate image with looks because the visual aspect is the most immediate and tangible. It's the first thing we notice about someone, and in our fast-paced, image-driven world, we often make snap and unfair judgments based on appearances. Social media and advertising heavily emphasize physical appearance, reinforcing the notion that image is solely about how we look. However, true image encompasses much more; it's about our presence, our confidence, and how we present our values and strengths. A well-developed image also includes body language, communication style, and the authenticity that shines through when we align our outer appearance with our inner essence. When people begin to understand this broader perspective, they realize that a powerful image goes beyond looks; it’s a holistic representation of who we are and what we stand for. Check out this conversation between Julie Jones and me about how we view image and the benefits of upgrading your image in your personal and professional journey at➡️https://buff.ly/4dplbow Also, we’re very excited to invite you to a FREE masterclass on Monday, August 12th at 7 pm EST, where we'll dive into the art of upgrading your image to enhance and elevate your personal and professional journey! As creatives, we often let our artistic pursuits take a backseat when life gets busy. But what if I told you that building self-empathy is the key to reconnecting with your creativity? In my latest video, I share a powerful 3-part process to develop empathy for yourself and nurture your creative practice. Just like designers use empathy to understand users, you'll learn to: ➤ Observe your own behaviors and experiences ➤ Identify activities that bring you joy and energy ➤ Uncover the deeper "why" behind your creative desires By the end, you'll have a strong sense of self-awareness around what fuels your passion and creative fire. With this empathy, you can prioritize your artistic side and feel more connected to the world. If you've struggled to make time for creativity or lost touch with your artistic self, this video will provide a structured approach to rekindle that spark through self-empathy.
