Most developers are in trouble! StackBlitz's latest AI product Bolt is the closest we have seen to making 80%+ of developers obsolete. With one prompt it's able to build out a simple solution including all the files needed for deployment. Still error-prone on the first attempt but was able to fix the bugs automatically and after a few attempts, it worked. What does this mean? 1. As an engineer what matters is not the coding but the more complex and higher-level topics like architecture, security, tooling and user experience. 2. You no longer need a large technical team. 3. Distribution/Growth > Software. #ai #software #growth #marketing #developer #engineers https://lnkd.in/dpXKqVVQ

𝐀 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 ✨ In our early days as a startup, we prioritized building our data platform and relied on pre-built templates for our website. But as tech people, we do also understand the importance of refactoring. So after two years of growth, we knew it was time for some "visual" refactoring – a redesign that better reflected our identity. The result? A sleek, new design that is as modern and transparent as our data platform. Designed with love 🩷 by our friends Berlin Bytes GmbH. So welcome to the all new Stackable, check it out ➡️ https://stackable.tech/ Do you like the new design or are you missing something? #StackableDataPlatform #yourdatayourplatform

In this edition of our Rampersand newsletter, I pick up on the recent discussion of software pricing models in the AI world. The question arises: stick with the conventional per seat pricing, shift to the modern usage-based model, or embrace the futuristic outcome-based approach? If you're a startup founder, now might not be the best time to fully commit to an outcome-based pricing model. Without a truly end-to-end process, you might end up confusing your customers. But these aren’t just your typical upgrades — they’re the kind of revolutionary game-changers you’d expect in a sci-fi movie where robots start writing their own fan fiction. And with AI friends like Claude, OpenAI’s GPT, and Perplexity tagging along, it’s like the Avengers but for coding. The tools at our fingertips are becoming more powerful, accessible, and downright amazing every day. Let’s dive in, shall we?
