Very proud day today as we moved into our new FABRIC SOCIAL HQ. Lots of hard work from so many people to get us here, and is a great end to what has been an incredible year so far (with a big couple of weeks still to come)! Excited to have the whole and wider team together on Thursday to celebrate, and grateful to some of the London team who were getting stuck in with the move today! Lauren Sarginson Niall McGarry

How often do you bring your team together in real life? Day 1 of our annual team meeting in New York. A day when ideas flowed freely, connections deepened, collaboration sparked, and thinking differently was the norm. Our sessions pushed boundaries and ran over schedule because we're a team of critical thinkers, not yes-men. We encourage challenging questions and the sharing of fresh ideas. Fostering an environment where being wrong is just another step towards growth—personally and collectively. This ensures that the clients we partner with—ambitious, growth-focused businesses—receive not just what they believe they need, but what we know will drive them towards achieving their growth goals. This mindset is also how we aim to drive evolution and advancement in the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry industry, where we proudly stand as leading advocates. A special thanks to Professor Dennis Campbell for joining us to deliver a compelling session on Strategy Execution. Diving into the essence and strategies for successful implementation, he guided us through a discussion about what it means to not only recognize the need for change but to be agile and equipped to enact it. These things are critical in an industry where differentiation and adaptability are the keystones of thriving and building a legacy. While a single post cannot capture the knowledge and ideas shared, here’s a sneak peek 'behind the scenes' from our first day. Elle Hill Disha Solanki MSc MBA Samuel Jansen Amy Curran Andrea Lucille Pooler, GIA GG Pamela Bernstein-Gulla Nan Lung Palmer Rosie Wareham Our heartfelt thanks to The Watermark at Eastport for providing the perfect setting for our meeting. We also thank the incredibly talented Saira MacLeod for capturing every significant moment through her lens, bringing our vision to life with her creativity and direction. Stay tuned to hear more from Day 2. #Diamonds #Gemstones #Jewelry #BusinessGrowth #BusinessStrategy

🌟 Reflecting on an Inspiring Townhall with e& Group's GCEO, Hatem Dowidar 🌟 I am thrilled to share my experience from the recent Townhall led by our exceptional GCEO, Hatem Dowidar, at e& Group. It was an enlightening session where key milestones, strategic insights, and future initiatives critical for our success in the upcoming quarter were unveiled. One of the most remarkable aspects of this Townhall was the transformative role of technology. Thanks to advancements in connectivity, every member of our global team, regardless of their physical location, had the opportunity to participate actively and contribute meaningfully. This level of inclusivity and collaboration exemplifies the forward-thinking culture we foster at e& Group. As I reflect on the wealth of knowledge shared during the session, I am filled with pride to be part of an organization that prioritizes innovation, excellence, and collective growth. GCEO Hatem Dowidar's strategic vision has set us on a path towards unprecedented success, and I am eager to play my part in realizing our shared objectives. Allow me to conclude with a powerful quote that resonated deeply with me and encapsulates the spirit of our Townhall: "Do better if possible, and that is always possible." - Francois Constantin, 1819. These timeless words remind us of the endless possibilities that lie ahead when we commit ourselves to continuous improvement and strive for excellence in all that we do. Here's to a quarter filled with innovation, collaboration, and remarkable achievements. Together, we will continue to push boundaries and redefine what is possible. #eAndGroup #Townhall #Innovation #GlobalCollaboration #ContinuousImprovement

**Things I learned and enjoyed this week at F&G:** This was *Connection Week*, and it was packed with team connections, meetings, and exciting updates about the company. My top three takeaways: 1. **Building Connections with Co-Workers:** Connection Week is a great opportunity to deepen internal partnerships. I had the chance to get to know my colleague Andy Brewer and discovered we’re both huge history buffs! Listening to Andy’s stories about his trips to places like Boston and London was fascinating. I could listen to him for hours. It was great connecting with you this week, Andy! 2. **Investing in Our Community:** We received fantastic updates on how F&G is actively connecting with and supporting the community through United Way inspiring to be part of a company that truly cares about making a difference where we live. 3. **Learning How We Work Best:** During our team focus session, we shared insights into how we each work best. It was refreshing to see everyone take the exercise seriously and be open about their preferences. This reinforced how stellar our team is! A big thank you to F&G for investing in relationships and creating an environment where connections thrive. #ConnectionWeek #Teamwork #Community #UnitedWay #LearningAndDevelopment #Grateful #CompanyCulture #BuildingRelationships #Leadership #FandG #ProfessionalGrowth

At Satopia Group, we often get asked how we cultivate collaborations and partnerships with our hosts, clients, and other partners with powerful synergy and energetic alignment that creates excellence. For us, it's about finding harmony, listening to diverse perspectives from experts with experience, and seeking those who share the values of integrity, vision and a belief that anything is possible. Collaboration is a creative journey, and we approach it by connecting with partners who resonate with our unique vision, have the ability to face challenges together, and bring solutions and a service mindset. This helps our collaborations align with our goals and the things we love. We have a saying at Satopia: If we don't love it, we don't do it. We invite fresh voices and ideas that enrich our projects by staying open. We also believe in the power of ethical collaborations, striving to build genuine and impactful partnerships that positively contribute to people and our planet. At Satopia, it's about making the world a better place together, embracing diverse perspectives, and working towards common goals with authenticity, integrity and respect. We recently attended a creative workshop on collaboration with the Lovie Awards in Amsterdam. Today, I wanted to share a personal experience that has not only brought my colleagues and me closer together but also taught us invaluable lessons beyond the pitch. It's about the importance of participating in activities with our colleagues to strengthen our bonds and achieve so much more than mere victories. Through our collaboration lies our key to success. Today, our team had the opportunity to participate in a football tournament, where we faced both triumphs and setbacks. We emerged victorious in one game and faced defeat in another. However, it was the journey and the connections we forged that truly made the experience remarkable. One of the most remarkable aspects of our team's journey was the overwhelming support we received from our small fanbase, who, to our surprise, happened to be our colleagues. Their presence on the sidelines, cheering us on, created an atmosphere of camaraderie and unity that went beyond our professional relationships. Participating in activities with colleagues, such as sports, not only allows us to showcase our skills and talents but also fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration. It provides a platform to break down barriers and strengthen our bonds, both on and off the field. Through shared victories and defeats, we learn to trust and rely on one another, enhancing our ability to collaborate effectively in the workplace. Beyond the wins and losses, our team achieved so much more. We learned the importance of resilience, determination, and sportsmanship. We discovered the power of encouragement, both from each other and from our fans, which fueled our motivation to push beyond our limits. It was a lot a fun. This experience reminded me of the value of engaging in activities with colleagues, regardless of the outcome. It has the potential to create lasting memories, strengthen relationships, and unlock hidden potentials within ourselves and our teams. So, I encourage each one of you to explore opportunities to participate in activities with your colleagues. Whether it's a sports tournament, a team-building retreat, or a volunteer initiative, these experiences can be transformative, fostering a positive work environment and fostering stronger bonds. So that hierarchy of the administration feels less. Let's remember that true success is not solely defined by wins and losses, but by the connections we make, the lessons we learn, and the growth we achieve together. And the legacy we leave behind. #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork #StrongerTogether #BeyondWinsAndLosses

What a fantastic offsite meeting we had yesterday! We took a moment to deep dive into our past accomplishments and celebrated all the wins from last year. But you know what? Last year is in the rearview mirror now. We're geared up and excited about the new opportunities in this fresh fiscal year.I've always believed that it's not just about the results we achieve, but the journey we take to get there. Why? Because of People and culture. When you get People and Culture right, the results naturally fall into place. It's not about chasing numbers; it's about nurturing an environment where every person has the opportunity to thrive and contribute their best. The Northstar chart below is our guide to success. Remember, it's not just about ticking off boxes—it's about fostering a community where everyone- team, client, and business partners- feels valued and motivated.Looking forward to another incredible year ahead with our amazing team!#TeamSpirit #NewYearNewGoals #PeopleFirst #CultureMatters

Withum tackled an important New England debate: Dunkin or Starbucks? I think it’s Dunkin, but see what some of our team members said. Comment below to let me know if you think they got it right! If you’re interested in learning more about Withum’s expansion into New England, click here to take a trip through time: https://lnkd.in/eByU6Pws #Withum50
But first, coffee… We asked our New England team members what fuels them each morning: Dunkin' or Starbucks? Dunkin may call New England home, but is that truly what our team members run on? Or did Starbucks take over as the neighborhood favorite? Watch our video to see what they prefer, and comment below to let us know how you feel. Withum’s New England expansion has spanned over the course of almost 10 years. We originally broke into the region in 2015, when we opened our office in Boston. In 2018, our Massachusetts footprint grew with the introduction of our Woburn location. Withum's presence extended in 2021 with our Providence office and expanded even further with our Braintree location in 2023. As you can see, our team members have deep-rooted ties to New England and we take great pride in being part of this community. If we take a moment to look, signs of collaboration inspiration, and team work are all around us. This weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the Varsity Spirit All-star Summit event, and I have to say it was incredible. Not only did we see some phenomenal talent, we saw cheer teams watching and encouraging their competitors during practice, we saw amazing sportsmanship displayed by teams who were competing with each other. We saw signs of outstanding team work. One of the most impressive things I saw was when a team’s routine did not go as planned, and how the team did not blame each other, but supported each other in how to get better, focusing on things to improve. Whether you are a fan of the Cheer Leading sport or not, many of these lessons can be brought back to the workplace. We can learn from this event how to celebrate each other’s successes, how to support one another in times of difficulty or when projects or tasks come up short. We can learn how to support others who may be in competition with us for a job, a project, or funding. I know many reading this may have a vision in their mind when I mention a Cheer Leading competition, but what I saw was a ton of lessons we can learn, and bring back to our corporate environments to enhance culture and drive greater success.

How do you unlock creative thinking and unblock your ability to innovate and inspire? Go to Glastonbury. Sharing this not for the Glasto gloat (the FOMO is real, trust me every year I am not in that field I have to hide from my Instagram, Whatsapp, 6Music, BBCIplayer, life, the lot 😫 ) but because being in that field or indeed many festivals, gig spaces, galleries, art centers or other can be truly transformative. Glastonbury is like no place on Earth. It energizes, uplifts and inspires everyone who is lucky enough to get a ticket. It's a place that unites everyone with its rich creativity, kindness and incredible community and it reminds us why culture, in whatever form, is one of, if not the most important part of establishing and affirming our beliefs and values as a society. I am full up from my four days of escapism and connection, energised, and incredibly grateful for the freedom I have, whilst also acknowledging that this is not the case for many people right now. So why am I sharing this? I urge you to go, see, do, and experience more culture in whatever medium speaks to you or get curious about culture that is not your usual taste. Make time for you as creatives, strategists, wordsmiths, artists; as colleagues, leaders, and people who are part of and contribute to our society. It will leave you better at your job, happier, healthier, fuller and more hopeful. See you front left. #culture #community #society
