This is so true! From an early age, many of us are taught different expectations based on gender—boys are encouraged to be bold, while girls are told to stay reserved. This conditioning contributes to the various leadership challenges we see today: men are often reluctant to step aside or create space for women, and women are often hesitant to step into leadership roles. We all have a part to play, right? What steps are you taking in your personal spaces or environments to challenge these beliefs and shift the mindset?
