In the EU: 12 Syndio roundtables with 16+ countries represented, 2 conferences. In the US: 11 conferences and summits, 2 Syndio roundtables. Together, we have spoken with literally hundreds of TR, HR and Legal professionals this year alone. We know, for a fact, your job has gotten harder. Meeting with all of you, we shared, discussed solutions and learned so much, too: what are you most worried about? What’s working, what’s not? What are new things you’re trying? I won a People's Pick Award! 🏆 Each quarter at Consensus, we nominate someone who embodies an assigned core value. This quarter's value was "Take the Driver's Seat." "To Take the Driver’s Seat means that each team member is aware of where we are going and no one waits for a ride. Each of us exerts leadership in our role and accepts the responsibility of mapping out where we are going and how we will get there. We lead the way and don't wait to be told what to do. We take accountability and don’t assume our manager or peers will accomplish the results we need. We focus on action and results and practice big thinking to keep our vision well ahead of the present moment." My team recorded shoutouts that highlighted specific ways I've impacted the company already, and the congratulatory messages on Slack were such a sweet cherry on top.
