- finance & bookkeeping (ex. create system for tracking & managing)
- HR & payroll (ex. create onboarding processes)
- recruiting (ex. coordinating interview panels)
- client onboarding (ex. handling contracts)
- executive assistant (ex. vetting and scheduling new business calls)
- agency marketing support (ex. newsletter compilation)
- personal assistant (non-work related stuff that frees me up to do more work)
- light PR support (very specific tasks for certain accounts)
It sounds like a lot, but right now this is being done in 15-20 hours a week. We want it to be a full time job. Bring strategy to the role and come with big ideas. Shake up our processes and find new efficiencies. Anyone at SE will tell you that efficiency is my passion (I know, lame passion), but this means your work will be held in high regard. Figure out how we can better collaborate, cut down on busy work, and capitalize on each other's successes.
A lot of agencies get worse as they grow. I want us to be an exception and to actually get better. So far, it's working. This person can help ensure it stays that way!
