🎊 Happy Friday, everyone! Thought I would report on coming into my second month at Mulmar. Side note: Coffee intake has reached unprecedented heights. 🎉
Being given the freedom and trust to pave my own way has been fantastic, though tricky at first when you don't know exactly what to do. I am pleased to look at my calendar now! 📅
My tips that no one asked for 💡 : Trying to understand the company process, communicating my plans and ideas, reporting, taking my time to fully understand the products and services we provide, and identifying the selling points. All of this can feel unproductive, in my opinion, because it can't really be measured; however, it's suuuuuper important.
❔ Do you have any tips on being proactive in a new role? I’d love to hear your thoughts! I think my next step will be to try to network more.. what do you think?
Working closely with Pret A Manger ambassadors, being involved in marketing activities with First Internet, and debating the coffee industry with experts... ✌
Big up to Giuseppe Giulianelli for being patient and pointing me in the right direction all the time. I think we will make a great team. 👥
