Are you in the zone? In FLOW? I was introduced with the concept of FLOW more than 30 years ago (when I was training tennis) and it has helped me a lot. As a leadership coach I have been effectively using the concept at my coachings in order to create and enter these special states of total focus and engagement. Flow is a mental state in which a person is fully immersed and focused on an activity, experiencing a sense of energized involvement and enjoyment. In business life, harnessing flow can enhance productivity and creativity, leading to improved performance and job satisfaction. Additionally, IPC must put measures so that specialized subjects like classification could be made understandable to everyone watching the sport.
