The things I learn from kids… my 9 year old has started a cleaning service, and she’s letting the whole house know. While it’s cute and funny, she also made me proud because some real creativity and business smarts in here! Lesson 1: “available at all times”. Customers wants to hear “no problem.” If you call or text back faster than your competition, it makes a difference 2: “need a tidy room?” identify the real problem, state your solution clearly. 3. “If you need something else, talk to me:”lol this one cracked me up, but she’s right, she’s looking for upsales. So good, as long as a need is there 4. “Mimi the cleaning queen”: be catchy! Be bold. Be the best. 5. “Dishes. Clean rooms. Other”: am I clear on what services I offer? She is!! Out of the mouths of babes comes wisdom sometimes

GFP may be looking for a new person to join the marketing team! Have her give us a call 😉

That's amazing, Adam! Your daughter's entrepreneurial spirit is truly inspiring. 💡 It's incredible how kids can often remind us of the core principles of good business. Would love to connect and explore how we can learn more from each other's experiences!

It’s impressive. Sounds like her last name might be Fedale.
