Earlier this week, I was among several employees impacted by a redundancy. While this is undoubtedly a challenging situation, I am choosing to view it as an opportunity for substantial personal and professional growth, enabling me to refine my competencies and expand my expertise. In the coming months, I will concentrate on enhancing my design and collaboration skills through engaging in significant side projects and enrolling in targeted online courses. Moreover, I will finally allocate the necessary time to update and improve my portfolio which you can explore here: https://lnkd.in/gZbgYkPy. Additionally, I aim to incorporate more AI tools into different steps of the design process to streamline workflows and explore new creative possibilities. I am also eager to broaden my skill set beyond the scope of design. Specifically, I intend to delve deeper into product management and front-end development to develop a more holistic understanding of the entire product lifecycle. Beyond work, I would like to make the most of my free time by 🏊♂️ swimming more often, 📖 spending 30 minutes a day reading, ✍️ keeping up with my journal, and 🐕 getting back into dog-sitting. Keeping it balanced and enjoying the little things! If you are hiring or would like to connect over a ☕ coffee (or 🍵 tea) chat, I am available and open to opportunities. If anyone else in your network is hiring, please repost this for better reach, I would really appreciate that. I am ready to begin working full-time post Christmas. I look forward to connecting! #design #growthmindset #productmanagement #frontenddevelopment #AI #designthinking #portfolio #openforwork #sideprojects
