Ray is an experienced property investor and developer. Originally an Engineer & Project Manager, Ray has led high-value projects and brings a love for architecture and interior design to every venture. Kat is a lettings specialist with expertise in Student Lets, HMOs, Serviced Accommodation, and Property Management. Kat is also passionate about health and wellbeing. Together, Kat & Ray founded Abacus Property Group (APG) in 2019 after extensive research into real estate investment. Based in Rugby, Warwickshire, APG operates on a "Buy, Refurbish, Refinance" strategy, recycling funds for maximum impact.
