Very interesting piece .I suppose it’s a forensic analysis now of what actually happened to see if the pricing was “accurate, transparent, and clear” to consumers …there will be many who say it wasn’t !

2moVery interesting. It’s frustrating and annoying to experience waiting in a queue and then for the price to increase dramatically. However I expect it will become the norm. Concert tickets are not essential and promoters will be looking to get the as much as possible.
