    Development of a strategic framework for a global digital marketing center of excellence program to enhance global digital marketing capabilities.

    Insights: Missing coherent digital marketing terminology, processes, technology, skills and competences which hindered world class marketing campaigns and programs.

    Objective: Improve digital marketing processes and technologies used globally

    Strategy: Discover, Define, Design, Develop and Deploy improvements in Digital Marketing Campaigns (ad-hoc) across Paid, Earned and Owned Media prior to Digital Marketing Programs (always-on). The three common principles for this initiative were: Simple, Actionable and Scalable.

    This project included close collaboration with the international community of internet marketing professionals globally within Samsung and strategic agency partners.

    The result is a world class framework including methods, templates and training modules to support best-in-class Digital Planning, Execution and Insights.

    I'm grateful to have worked with such a great team members with global collaboration across agencies and regions to support this important initiative.
