Cooperative Compensation Details Minisites 🚨 Update of this important RealBird marketing feature 🚨 As of August 17, the NAR settlement is in effect, and buyer agent commission details - also called cooperative compensation - can no longer be shared via the MLS. Since early April - just a few days after the NAR announcement of the settlement and upcoming changes - we've provided a tool to create minisites for your listings, displaying your seller's cooperative compensation offer. And now, just in time, you can also add these details for your rental listings! We've renamed the heading to "Cooperative Compensation Details" to better reflect its use for both buyers' and tenants' agents. When you publish a listing on RealBird, you can now add these details for resale or rental properties as well, and decide whether to share it privately or publish it publicly on your RealBird property sites. Important to note: Don't share these cooperative compensation links in MLS remarks, as it is no longer allowed.
