I live exactly 7.7 miles from the office and it often takes me 12 mins by car to get here. Today though, it took me almost 3X as long as I had to navigate around three separate crashes on my route. THREE! (A couple of those looked to be commercial vehicles too 👀) To add, road conditions are dry and clear right now, and visibility is great…. Over the last few months I have seen several articles related to employee burnout and the damage it can do to a company. We all certainty know employee burnout is bad, but what can we do about it? 🤔 Like most things in life, we can do a lot about it. Welcome to this weeks HR Insights post! What does it have to do with? How to Address Employee Burnout. It is only 2 pages long but it is packed with, you guessed it, Insights that you can take to your team and help lower employee burnout. Enjoy your coffee while getting some great ideas for your business. Based on the tips below in the article and a little of my own thoughts as well: Sharing resources to improve mental and physical well being, such as a company newsletter that goes over stress reduction.
