What an incredible week of learning, challenges and digging deep to discover how to be the best leader you can be. The Leadership Development Program through the Center for Creative Leadership was the best investment of my time and has had a huge impact on my thoughts about what it means to be a leader and strategies to be more effective. The facility in Colorado Springs was fantastic and the facilitators were world class leaders. I highly recommend this program! Big shout out to my Home Team Megan Ballweber Rhonda Contreras Jake Bell Joseph Grover! You made this week even more impactful and I appreciate all of you. Now to the next phase, implementing what we learned!
