Calling out to hikers, walkers, and trail enthusiasts! This is going to be a fantastic day with the Bibbulmun Track Foundation. I'm excited to be teaching trails nutrition for both on and off the trail. Why don’t diets work? Because there is more to it than just what you eat. New research from over 200K Wondr participants evaluated eating behavior patterns and weight loss. Study investigator and Wondr Health Chief Medical Officer Dr. {{linkedin_mention(urn:li:person:yp6YXv2B3d|Tim Church, MD, MPH, PhD)}} weighed in: “We know that a one-size-fits-all approach is not effective when it comes to weight loss and that the when, how, and why we eat is just as important as what we eat.
