🆔🇮🇹 Over 1 Million Users Can Now Add Digital Documents to the IO App As of today, more than 1 million Italian citizens can securely add digital versions of their personal documents to the IO app, Italy’s public service platform. The phased rollout began on October 23 with 50,000 users and expanded to 250,000 users on November 6. Key Features of “Documents on IO”: - Users can add valid physical versions of their Driver’s License, Health Insurance Card, or European Disability Card to the app’s digital wallet section. - Participation is voluntary and free of charge, ensuring complete user control. Highlights include: - Record quarterly subscription revenue, up 23% pcp, with subscription revenue contributing 57% of overall revenue - Material cost-base reset, with US$2 million in annualised costs taken out of the business to enable continued strategic focus on the subscription-led strategy - Product development transition to AU is underway, having entered a long-term contract with Propel Ventures to tap into highly skilled, multi-disciplinary capabilities under a flexible and cost effective model - Key partnerships, including Babylist, beginning to generate subscriber growth, with further integration occurring during Q2 and 2025 with the release of the Tinybeans gift subscription! - Increased focus on privacy is driving parents to look for alternative solutions to social media; Tinybeans is a solution and cementing itself as a thought leader with a number of pickups in the AU media over Q1 - New board director Michael Rothman, founder & former CEO of Fatherly, appointed to assist in accelerating the Company's strategy in the US It's been a big quarter, with some promising results, a lot of operational changes, and continued momentum as we execute our strategy. Customer experience is so much more than a product – it's about every interaction along the way.  VZ is large –  with a lot of touchpoints - whether through our digital channels, retail stores or via our frontline customer care folks. No matter where our customers engage with us, it needs to be a simple, positive experience every single time. We can run numbers and look at data points all day long, but the most important insight is customer feedback. That’s why I actively engage with the customers (often on Linkedin!), and spend time every day reading the notes they share on their experiences.
