A better way to get your TA tech stack right TA technology is one of the top challenges for TA Leaders today It is confusing, time consuming and frustrating to sift through all the noise and to try and get the right technology. As a TA Executive, I went through the same frustrating process that exists today: ·     Completing painful RFP’s ·     Sitting through the slog of demos and presentations from providers ·     Reviewing all the analyst reports ·     Hiring the big consultants to help ·     Creating the business case presentations for internal buy in / budget ·     Trying to get everyone aligned and comfortable with a decision ·     Countless meetings All of these activities have stakeholders with very different and sometimes competing agendas! Many have very little experience buying these solutions A LOT of time, effort and money – (Usually over 6 months and $$$$$) Yet still- it rarely works out the way TA leaders need it to.
