My favorite quote from Aaron Allsbrook's webinar with SAS last week: "A true #digitaltwin needs to be hydrated with data. The connected digital twin is what we’re after. Something that is getting data to allow you to look at that operational asset, process, or industry and then put that POWER back into the end-user or operator view." 💥 I couldn't agree more! #IoT, #MachineData, and #DigitalTwins are best used when you can make sense of data to drive action.

Good news and bad news at Quantified today Good news - Gartner has started covering our space. We’ve been furiously building for years on AI sales training simulations and one of the biggest tech analyst firms has taken notice. Kudos to Melissa Hilbert, Dan Gottlieb, Elizabeth (Beard) Jones, Doug Bushée, Christopher GAMBLE, Bill Yetman for your appreciation of #SalesTech innovation. Bad news - they call the category “sales learning gymnasium.” While I acknowledge the creativity and realize the category is early, I’m hoping we can help Gartner evolve the category here. I think I get their intent -  they are trying to say that like exercise, helping humans become high performers is not a quick fix, it takes practice and persistence. But the truth is, for GTM teams, we’re not in 2021 anymore. Sales leaders are under so much pressure right now that performance isn't optional. What we’re building at Quantified.ai is more like the physical fitness tests a first responder like a firefighter might take (firefighters call it the CPAT). After all, a high degree of physical fitness is a must-have for a firefighter. So firefighters train and test regularly, to be confident they’re up to the challenge. They have to be re-certified annually. (Most of our customers are having their reps test quarterly) Because, like a fire captain, they have to know if their team is actually capable. It's not life or death, but as a leader, wouldn't you want to know?
