Each chapter combines research, data, pop culture references and personal anecdotes to paint a picture of each generation’s relationship to healthcare and build a strong case for why Generation X cannot – and should not – be ignored.

Public Relations Society of America

Adjunct professor
-Teaching healthcare professionals about marketing was a truly rewarding experience. For three years, I served as an adjunct professor teaching graduate students enrolled in the OHSU/PSU Healthcare MBA program. My class introduced healthcare professionals to marketing fundamentals and applications in their healthcare organizations, and connected marketing principles to innovation, operations and strategy in the healthcare industry. http://thehealthcaremba.org/
