Initiative Planning: • Focus on small wins for momentum. • Prioritize bias for impactful outcomes. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals. 3. Cultural Change: • Implement company-wide AI training programs. • Measure maturity levels of AI adoption. • Form an Innovation Council to drive progress. 4. Organizational Governance: • Managed under a Governance Task Office (GTO). • Utilize a Generative AI (GenAI) Governance Model. • Make decisions guided by scorecards and metrics. 5. Internal Evangelist: • Designate a Chief Evangelist Officer (CTO role). • Conduct tool evaluations for suitability. • Assess build vs. buy decisions for AI tools. This framework emphasizes a structured, goal-aligned, and culturally adaptive approach to embedding AI in business processes. Given the rapid decline in local media coverage and the questions about its economics, automated government transparency will become more critical.
