“An absolute pro! I had the pleasure of working with Sean at Carlton Fields. His expertise in instructional training, e-learning development, and technology education was apparent in each project he handled. Perhaps even more impressive is his capability to put others at ease in a sometimes intimidating, instructional environment. He is able to communicate complex issues with clarity, facilitating a clear understanding of crucial concepts and processes for his trainees. I highly recommend Sean, as he would be an asset in any project necessitating technology education, training and IT services.”

Brollaboration #8 Tamarind Sunburn
-
This was a Pro-Am beer I brewed at the 508 Gastrobrewery with Head Brewer Chris Cuzme. The beer is based on my Florida Wheat recipe. Chris wanted a dark summer beer, so which we switched it up and made a Dark American Wheat with 30-36lbs of Tamarind pulp. It was a fantastic dark light drinkable beer with a "tanginess" from the tamarind.
