We have posted our latest sample RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipeline (Python program) on vrjassociates.us. It references our super-simple knowledge base, "shopping for groceries." It's built on the LlamaIndex framework. The small language model (SLM) is Nemotron, and the embedding model is Nomic, both from Nvidia. The models are hosted by a local Ollama server running on our MacBook Pro laptops. Our sample Python program is fully documented and annotated, and a PDF version is available for download from our website. It is version #3 of a set, and this version features a simple system prompt.

We've got a killer sales team across media (Jennifer Watson Laws, Christi Lingard, Samantha Stein, Bryan Cink), data licensing (Mike Atwell), Altos SAAS (Jeff Graves 😎, Amanda Luzsicza), and HW+ (Caroline Abad). One thing I appreciate about them is speed to lead. We're following up on leads in most cases within 5 minutes. But like most growing companies, we need more leads! We've invested in a custom Salesforce integration, have the leads flowing nicely from our HubSpot email platform, have everyone on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and recently started testing Apollo.io. How have sales leaders integrated BDRs into businesses with multiple products and sales teams? Are there lead generation platforms in B2B that my peers have had success with? My DMs are open, what are we missing?

We are seeing a tremendous amount of dialogue around replacing SaaS solutions with AI. Elementum is helping lead the way with easy to build AI Workflow apps that can be deployed in weeks. Cloud replaced On-prem. SaaS replaced traditional software. AI is rapidly replacing SaaS. Buckle up.
