  • Work Scheduling for the Sacramento Police Department

    Created a schedule for the Sacramento PD based on the officer dispatch data accumulated fro the actual Police department over the years. After segregating through the data, we created the schedule for a district. The schedule thus created is to minimize the load on the department while at the same time provide uninterrupted service throughout the district.

  • Reducing Lead time in Semiconductor Manufacturing

    Objective: The identification and elimination of red flags within GB semi in-order to improve productivity to cope with competition streamlining the wafer manufacturing process
    1) Mapped the current process to achieve the baseline model.
    2) Increased average percentage of operational equipment to 22.8% from 12.8%.
    3) Increased value added time to 86% from 58%.
    4) Reduced overall manufacturing time to 19 days from 30 days.
