Auto insurance customers who have a high level of trust in their auto insurer show increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, according to J.D. Power’s 2024 U.S. auto insurance study. "Auto insurers are in a tough position right now," said Breanne Armstrong, director of global insurance intelligence at J.D. Power, in a press release statement.
