Contracting in coaching is definitely the theme this week. Yesterday, I spent time with 13 leaders who are participating in a coach training program, where we talked about contracting and A.B.C. (Always be contracting). It is a foundational element of both individual and team coaching. Then woke up this morning to a post from Tammy Turner, MCC, ACTC, Master EIA and ITCA, GISA sharing a snippet of a conversation our Team Coaching Faculty had about the program, and you guessed it - I was talking about contracting! #livelearngrow #coaching #teamcoaching
