Check out my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Generative AI Professional certification! Generative AI (Launch of ChatGPT by OpenAI) has shaken the industry like Netscape (Leading to interactive Web as we know it now) did in mid 90s and then AWS (Cloud Services with Scaled applications) did in mid 2000s. As a part of System integrator family, I try to remain neutral to vendor offerings for technology learning. OCI courses, both associate and Professional are literally the best in the indsutry you can find with minimal focus on OCI Infra (Cohere LLM Model focussed). You can not have single course covering every aspect, this is worth trying (and recommended). Although I will say, the exam was not "Professional" level standard.

It was great to host a OCI Gen AI customer panel at the AI summit at #OracleCloudWorld today. Haseeb M.A. shared how they are powering Oracle Digital Assistant with Gen AI to deliver right information at right time to his team members to be effective in new project proposals. Russ Bates shared how multi agent use cases help to automate complex business workflows in SCM and help deliver efficiency to healthcare customers. Navendu Jain shared how his team is building AI solutions to help Oracle employees to be individually efficient and collaborate seamlessly. Emil Ivov shared how imperative it is to invest in Gen AI use cases in customer service and how it is equally important to invest in human agents as they can meet the contextual needs of the customer far better. Richard Kadeg shared how he is using Gen AI to help his team members query data from multiple data sources and how he solved the challenging ambiguous questions with intent phrases that users can select. In summary, time is right to invest in Gen AI and if any of your business data is in Oracle apps, the choice is clear. #OCIGenAI.
