What are the most common reasons for an ML model to fail in production?
You should use tools and platforms that make it easy to deploy and monitor your model. And don't forget to follow best practices for ML engineering and governance. That way, you can make sure your model is scalable, fast, reliable, secure, and compliant with any regulations.

What are the most common reasons for an ML model to fail in production?
To make sure your data is top-notch, you gotta follow some best practices. Collect data from different sources, clean it up by removing duplicates and missing values, check for consistency and completeness, label it right, keep an eye on the data pipeline with metrics and tools, and regularly review everything to make sure it's still on point. The biggest thing to remember is - reliability of the data. Try to gather data from ".gov" sites whenever possible, or at least make sure to read the reviews and enough people have checked it out if it is open-source.
