    Leadership program that was developed using the C.A.B.L.E.S. Leadership Model to assist in forming effective leadership behaviors as part of the on boarding process. The initiative for this project was to demonstrate the value in providing and developing foundational leadership behaviors in the early stages of an individuals employment to assist in building a strong organizational culture.
