IDE is a generalized, modular, touch-less programming workflow that translates gestures into programming syntax. This makes programming a fun experience and can VERY easily be extended to other applications. Within 24 hours, designed and created a plant that tweets based off of sensor data. The @HortonThePlant project consisted of three APIs (Twitter, Twilio, and Wunderground), six hardware sensors tied to an Arduino, and a system to tie determine which tweet should be sent out. @HortonThePlant was featured in the Boston Globe, and won the award for best use of Wunderground's API.

  • PaceMaker

With our tiny 5 man team, we conceptualized, implemented and brought a game to life within a weekend. We used HTML5, Canvas and Javascript with the addition of a sound and gamepad library. PaceMaker features both keyboard and xbox controller integration and a dynamic audio system. We also adapted a previous code base to implement a map creation system.
Original code can be found here: https://github.com/melutzke/Pacemaker/tree/GameJam2013
