“Mishika was an intern in the Performance Engineering (Salesforce Platform) organization during Summer 2013. She did an amazing job of developing a brand new performance benchmark that was responsible for catching quite a few performance issues internally (before they hit production). Mishika is a very smart girl with a really good grasp of programming concepts like concurrency, distributed computing (debugging and analysis), performance, and scalability. Mishika showed a lot of initiative during her internship and is very tenacious - she is relentless in finding solutions to the problems she is facing. For example - I was really busy during her internship and couldn't find time to help her with some of the roadblocks she was facing. That did not stop Mishika from making progress - she reached out to engineers in my team and outside my team (and even outside the R&D organization) to help her answer/resolve the questions/problems that she was facing. Mishika is fun, has a great personality, and is easy to work with. She has great communication and presentation skills - e.g. her talk at the end of her internship was very well received by both execs and engineers. I would hire Mishika without thinking twice and confidently recommend her.”
