SO MANY SCHOOLS ARE FAILING DUE TO CRONYISM MANY OF THESE SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENTS NEED TO GO!! MANY OF YOU ARE HOLDING ON TO THE SALARY? GIVE YOUNGER FOLKS WITH BRIGHT IDEAS A FAIR CHANCE. YOUR SCHOOLS ARE CONSISTENTLY FAILING DUE TO POOR LEADERSHIP. SOME OF THESE SUPERINTENDENTS ONLY PROVIDE PREFERENTIAL SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY HAVE INTENTIONS OF BRINGING IN THEIR FRIENDS A PRACTICE OF CRONYISM. THE CHANCELLOR NEEDS TO REALLY BE ATTENTIVE TO WHAT IS HAPPENING IN DOE SCHOOLS. THE DOE IS INFESTED WITH CORRUPTED SUPERINTENDENTS WHO ARE PRACTICING CRONYISM. THEY APPOINT THEIR FRIENDS TO HIGH POSITIONS. OUR STUDENTS ARE FAILING AND ENROLLMENT DECREASED FROM 1 MILLION TO APPROXIMATELY 900 THOUSAND. THIS DATA WOULD BE WORST IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE 168,000 MIGRANTS ARRIVING IN NYC. IF YOU REFUSED TO HANG OUT AT BARS DRINKING ALCOHOLS WITH THEM, THEN YOU ARE AN OUTCAST. SUPERINTENDENTS NEED TO STOP THIS ENDANGERING CORRUPTION IN SCHOOLS. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. YOU ARE DESTROYING LIVES AND THE MAJORITY OF YOUR SCHOOLS ARE FAILING DUE TO CRONYISM. SOME SUPERINTENDENTS DELIBERATELY TARGET PRINCIPALS WHO ARE NOT SUCKERS AND HYPOCRITES. ARE THEY INTIMIDATED BY COLOR? MANY OF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SEVERE MEDICAL CONDITIONS AS A CURSE. HOW CAN YOU CALL YOURSELF A CHILD OF GOD AND YET SO CORRUPT? YOU BULLIED SOME AND PROTECT THE ONES WHO YOU FAVOR. WE HAVE TO FIGHT FOR OUR STUDENTS. FOR EXAMPLE, I WAS ABLE TO SECURE GRANTS OF $150,000 FROM MEDGAR EVERS COLLEGE, SECURE A SEPARATE GRANT OF $150,000 FOR MY STUDENTS, SECURE A GRANT OF 150,000 FROM MAYOR ERIC ADAMS TO PURCHASE NEW COMPUTERS AND PROMETHEAN BOARDS IN ADDITION TO A NEW COMPUTER LABORATORY AND COURT ROOM. SECURE FUNDING FOR ONGOING ROBOTICS COMPETITION. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PRINCIPALS WHO WERE PLACED IN POSITIONS DUE TO FRIENDSHIP. THEIR SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED OR WILL BE CLOSED IN JUNE. IT IS CALLED POOR JUDGMENT BASED ON CRONYISM. ONE OF THE MOST BASIC THEMES IN ETHICS IS FAIRNESS, STATED THIS WAY BY ARISTOTLE: EQUALS SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY AND UNEQUALS UNEQUALLY. FAVORITISM, CRONYISM, AND NEPOTISM ALL INTERFERE WITH FAIRNESS BECAUSE THEY GIVE UNDUE ADVANTAGE TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT NECESSARILY MERIT THE TREATMENT. I WAS READING AN ARTICLE WHICH STATES THAT MANY OF THE DISTRICTS IN BROOKLYN ARE FAILING AND SCHOOLS ARE CLOSING. THOSE SCHOOLS WERE GIVEN TO FRIENDS OF THE SUPERINTENDENTS AND WHY ARE THEY CLOSING IN JUNE? NOT ONE, NOT TWO, NOT THREE BUT MANY. WHAT IS THE CHANCELLOR DOING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. THERE ARE GROSS MISCONDUCTS AND FAVORITISMS. THE DISTRICTS ARE PERFORMING POORLY. I REMEMBER A FEW YEARS AGO, A SUPERINTENDENT SHARED WITH ME THAT WHEN SHE WAS A PRINCIPAL, THEY COULD NOT SEND STUDENTS FROM THE LOWER CLASSES IN THAT BUILDING TO HER HIGH SCHOOL SITUATED IN THE SAME BUILDING. THE REASON BEING THAT THOSE STUDENTS ARE FROM THE PROJECT LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL. IS THAT LEADERSHIP?

Continuously modifying interventions based on ongoing assessments. 3. Collaboration and Communication Effective MTSS implementation requires collaboration among educators, specialists, and families. This entails: -Participating in regular meetings to discuss student progress and refine intervention strategies. -Communicating with parents and caregivers to keep them informed and involved in their child's progress. -Coordinating with other teachers and specialists to ensure consistency and alignment of interventions.
