    In this post, we’re excited to feature Matt Rocha, Director of Revenue Operations at B2B Catalyst, who shares how his own sales experience inspired his career path and why “slow is smooth, smooth is fast” is his current philosophy."

  • Project Management Change Implementation

    Built a project management platform in Coda from the ground up and linked through to new versions of mutual success plans where clients and their projects are linked to back of house systems.

    Installed visibility, reporting, ownership, and a culture change within the team to allow to us execute at nearly 5x the efficiency we had prior while keeping revenue per headcount positive.

  • TAM Organizer & Visualizer

    Designed, built, and scaled an MVP brought to life in a low code environment that linked directly into the project management and collaboration software between customers/internal operators.

  • MSP (Mutual Success Plan) - V2 Launch

    Our first phase involved a hackathon conducted through a VC over the weekend that I stayed with the team in Lithuania. While there were several projects launched throughout the company the group I was assigned to worked to redefine and migrate this process from Google Docs into the newly adopted Coda environment I brought to the organization.

    From whiteboard sessions to the initial planning stages we were given very little time to tie together a front and viable backend to launch this at a production level as the first version MSP MVP for existing clients.

    After the kickoff, we then had to hold client expectations to migrate existing clients both onto the newly created product software platform as well as to Coda for the onboarding process associated.

    Over the next month we would push several updates to this project along with building in access to the TAM Organizer/Visualizer which was also launched in Coda.

  • Revenue BI Revamp @ Alethea

    Worked to deploy to production necessary changes in reporting, metric definitions, gaps in sales cycles and iterations needed to move revenue forward at scale.

  • SFDC Deployment @ Moxion Power

    Deployed from out of the box to a fully operational Salesforce instance for production in sales, customer success, and marketing working under Drivetrain Revenue, a C2C contractor.

  • Platform Launch

    Worked with Bill Rempelos and team in an strategic advisory capacity, lending expertise in investor conversations, branding, and forward direction to pivot a mortgage brokerage into a zero cost HR benefits platform tailored to make home access easier for the average person.

  • Enhanced ACH Market Testing & Product Launch

    In an effort to diversify payments platform offerings a faster, more secure, and higher tier of support ACH product, VendorPay’s Enhanced ACH launched.

    I spearheaded strategic direction, project planning, cross functional team alignment, and product development all the way to making the first sales calls with signed PandaDocs.

    Enhanced ACH ended up being one of the highest earning premium payment formats offered at Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ)
