Our first phase involved a hackathon conducted through a VC over the weekend that I stayed with the team in Lithuania. While there were several projects launched throughout the company the group I was assigned to worked to redefine and migrate this process from Google Docs into the newly adopted Coda environment I brought to the organization.
From whiteboard sessions to the initial planning stages we were given very little time to tie together a front and viable backend to launch this at a production level as the first version MSP MVP for existing clients.
After the kickoff, we then had to hold client expectations to migrate existing clients both onto the newly created product software platform as well as to Coda for the onboarding process associated.
Over the next month we would push several updates to this project along with building in access to the TAM Organizer/Visualizer which was also launched in Coda. -
