Assessing the quality of your transformation narrative, ensuring continuity from where you last left off, and a mindfulness of how the narrative lands with the team- as you transform operations- is very important. Hastily worded details or a show of intellectual concepts that do not practically relate to the workforce, often overwhelm your workforce, and can be quiet detrimental to leading the change.
