Full adoption of new tools isn't always necessary, sometimes a simple tweak to your existing methodologies can make a significant difference.

As part of my professional experience, I collaborated closely with the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, and Fish & Game to create and oversee a comprehensive nature training initiative for various departments in the State of New Hampshire. Throughout 2020, I successfully transitioned the program to a virtual format, attracting participants from NOAA, Parks & Recreation, and Fish & Game personnel spanning over 15 states.
