This time of year for compensation professionals has us acting like a physicist trying to split the atom. Simultaneously closing current, opening a new year, day-to-day activities, maintaining some level of sanity, and oh yeah the holidays. More about "making a list" and gifts in few.... Over the past quarter we have continued to grow our sales compensation community to over 260 companies with 350 members. These members have: 1. Broadened their sales compensation network (locally and virtually) 2. Discuss their challenges and solutions to common issues 3.
