What are common mistakes in innovation leadership development programs?
The best innovations clearly and quickly improve the status quo. That's not possible without alignment among innovators and the broader organization. The best place to start is to zero in & get clear on the problem you are trying to solve and why it's worth solving. That level of clarity helps you recruit more support to your cause!

How do you measure the impact and ROI of your leadership development programs?
Start by outlining what your program is designed to do and the evidence you need to show it was a good investment. Next, decide how you will collect the information you need to show success. This could be quantitative surveys or qualitative interviews and focus groups. Finally, look for multiple channels to showcase the success of your programs. Talk about it in meetings, encourage program participants to talk about its impact on them, and make connections between your program and other organizational changes. All of these market the success of your program and brand you as a leadership development champion!
