Meet Joakim Kedbrant: Executive Interim Transformation Leader & Change Expert With a diverse background spanning listed companies, PE-owned firms, and state-owned entities, Joakim specializes in organizational development and change leadership. Starting at Ericsson, he mastered program and project leadership, then held leadership roles in the USA, overseeing large-scale projects. Transitioning to Executive Interim Management, he led transformative projects at Karolinska Hospital, Swedavia AB, and PostNord, emphasizing transparent leadership and tangible results. Joakim's best advice for a transformation: • Understand the assignment and where you are heading – the direction • Be driven and take initiatives – but be humble and "musical" in getting to know the business • Build relationships • Establish a "now" picture of the business • Start working early with understanding what abilities (competences, behavior, etc.) you will need and how to build it. Spent some time with a fantastic group of In Transition Finance leaders this morning, learning invaluable tips and trade secrets on creating a LinkedIn profile for job seekers. My longtime friend Jennifer Exum, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CIR, CDR led the session; she is truly a guru of all things LinkedIn! Her top 5 recommendations were incredibly insightful. One of the most challenging questions we discussed was whether to use the "Open to Work" green circle. Does it make you more searchable and available to recruiters, or does it appear desperate?
