I've developed two innovative tools leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize the hiring process:

Resume Parser: This application extracts structured information from resumes using various LLMs. It efficiently processes diverse resume formats, extracting key details like personal information, education, and work experience.

Job Description Parser: This cutting-edge tool uses advanced LLMs to extract structured information from job descriptions, focusing on data-related positions. It captures key aspects such as company overview, role summary, responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation details using robust Pydantic models.

Both tools are built using LangChain and are designed to be flexible. They allow users to experiment with different foundation models of various sizes, enabling them to find the optimal balance between latency, cost, and performance for each specific task.
The key innovation in both parsers is their ability to generate structured output from traditionally dynamic documents. This capability significantly enhances the efficiency of information extraction and processing in recruitment and job search processes.

    Key Features:
    - Flexible use of different foundation models
    - Optimization for latency, cost, and performance
    - Structured data extraction using Pydantic models

    Future Plans:
    Automatic categorization of job descriptions
Personalized resume suggestions based on target roles
Interview tips and strategies for data jobs

These projects showcase my expertise in applying cutting-edge language technologies to solve real-world human resources and career development challenges.

  • Search Arena: AI-Powered Search Agent Comparison

    -

I've developed Search Arena, an innovative platform inspired by UC Berkeley's LMSys ChatBot Arena, designed to compare different AI search agents:

    Key Features:
    - Compares search agents including Perplexity, Tavily, Brave Search, and You.com
    - Users submit questions and evaluate anonymous responses from two random agents
    - Provides a novel approach to grading different search agents
    - Allows for unbiased comparison of search agent performance

    How it Works:

    How it Works:
    - User submits a question
    - Two random search agents provide anonymous answers
    - User reviews and selects the winning response
    - Agents are revealed, and user can provide feedback

This project showcases the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in evaluating AI-powered search capabilities, offering valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of different search tools.
