Dear RAC, ACMO, Sec of VA, and others This is my statement for the record on April 23rd, 24th 2024 for the pending RAC meeting in Phoenix Arizona. Only I have a problem here, a stalemate Im very tired of. So rather than beat off others for a few minutes of public comments at the end, Ide rather do this in prep to it. I keep submitting very similar materials over and over these last 2 years. It evident from everyone concerned you all plan to ignore it. Even with the DODSR presentation in Sept 2023 which is part of this. One. The RAC should be providing government reports to congress every year as outlined in PL 105-368. That didnt change, and Im certain FACA didnt change the law. Two. I pointed out the loopholes in the PACT act and the zero ratings influx that would follow by the end of 2023. I was right. Everyone ignored this and me. Three. Toxic exposures? Without a plan to take tissue samples to prove or disspell this then your ignoring medical science. You wont find anything with questionaries. Four. Ignoring Jim Binns in Phoenix is a insult to him and the RAC itself. He is right down the street and a formal invitation would not have killed you. Are you doing so damn well right now you dont need input? Even his? I beg to differ. Five. Ive included the FACA / ACMO in this email because I think the whole advisory committee system has lost its way. All have lost objectivity here or oversight. My Federal register debate was purely academic. Six. The DODSR is not sincere about its tissue vault, I put them to the test. Its a closed door to genomic research from a veteran stand point. I cant find any doctors willing to contact the DODSR to make this request. Even if I pay for the sequencing myself Seven. the Sec of VA is NOT sincere about acting on any RAC recommendations much less any dialogue with Gulf war vets. Ive proven that. So the part of PL 105-368 is no longer valid if the sec of VA has no intention of acting on 22 years of recommendations. All 8 of them. There is much more, I will narrow to this part. As this stalemate with VA and its executive staff needs to change. These RAC meetings are formality at best. Waste of tax payer money at worst. Its stagnant and created a bottleneck dragging out. We dont even have public statitsical reports that the GWVIS used to provide us. Nothing since 2012. My proposals are simple ones, they deserve a official response. Yes or no. So I can walk back over to the Senate VA committee and hand them something. Ive done enough prep work this week, the chairman is aware of what is happening. Dubinsky, a former socialist, had fought against communist influence in the New York needle trades, while Lovestone, a former Communist Party secretary, became an anticommunist ideologue. Formation of CIO (1935): The Committee for Industrial Organization (CIO) emerged from a faction within the AFL, led by John L. Lewis, who advocated for industrial unionism and organizing mass-production industries. The CIO received support from the Communist Party USA and other left-wing groups, which influenced its political stance. AFL-CIO merger (1955): The AFL and CIO merged, with the AFL-CIO becoming the largest labor federation in the United States. The merged organization continued to prioritize collective bargaining and legislation, but also began to engage in political donations and activism. 1960s-1970s: The AFL-CIO became a major player in Democratic Party politics, supporting candidates like John F. U.S. officials suggested in a call with reporters Sunday that close military-to-military relations could weather the rupture and that they could eventually restore an American security presence in Niger, which has served as an important hub in the fight against the Islamic State, al-Qaeda and other militant groups in the region. Modern military operations must better address psychological health, unit cohesion and the war's impact on society. It wouldn't hurt that we also consider that more than 30 US troops suicide themselves each day. Thirty. No, more than that. When I see a statistic like this, I think: Someone is trying to kill off our youth and our special-operations warriors. And I wonder why they would do such a thing? Well, because it effectively removes the one entity that the hidden hand doesn't want to oppose them: a pissed off and slightly deranged Middle Class American with combat skills. #suicide #americanmiddleclass #militarysuicides

USA Historian Heather Cox Richardson published an interesting text about Fascism yesterday. The text it too long for 1 post so I make it in 2 parts. This, logically is part 1. Beginning in 1943, the War Department published a series of pamphlets for U.S. Army personnel in the European theater of World War II. Titled Army Talks, the series was designed "to help [the personnel] become better-informed men and women and therefore better soldiers." On March 24, 1945, the topic for the week was “FASCISM!” “You are away from home, separated from your families, no longer at a civilian job or at school and many of you are risking your very lives,” the pamphlet explained, “because of a thing called fascism.” But, the publication asked, what is fascism? “Fascism is not the easiest thing to identify and analyze,” it said, “nor, once in power, is it easy to destroy. It is important for our future and that of the world that as many of us as possible understand the causes and practices of fascism, in order to combat it.” Fascism, the U.S. government document explained, “is government by the few and for the few. The objective is seizure and control of the economic, political, social, and cultural life of the state.” “The people run democratic governments, but fascist governments run the people.” “The basic principles of democracy stand in the way of their desires; hence—democracy must go! Anyone who is not a member of their inner gang has to do what he’s told. They permit no civil liberties, no equality before the law.” “Fascism treats women as mere breeders. ‘Children, kitchen, and the church,’ was the Nazi slogan for women,” the pamphlet said. Fascists “make their own rules and change them when they choose…. They maintain themselves in power by use of force combined with propaganda based on primitive ideas of ‘blood’ and ‘race,’ by skillful manipulation of fear and hate, and by false promise of security. The propaganda glorifies war and insists it is smart and ‘realistic’ to be pitiless and violent.” Fascists understood that “the fundamental principle of democracy—faith in the common sense of the common people—was the direct opposite of the fascist principle of rule by the elite few,” it explained, “[s]o they fought democracy…. They played political, religious, social, and economic groups against each other and seized power while these groups struggled.” Americans should not be fooled into thinking that fascism could not come to America, the pamphlet warned; after all, “[w]e once laughed Hitler off as a harmless little clown with a funny mustache.” And indeed, the U.S. had experienced “sorry instances of mob sadism, lynching’s, vigilantism, terror, and suppression of civil liberties. We have had our hooded gangs, Black Legions, Silver Shirts, and racial and religious bigots. All of them, in the name of Americanism, have used undemocratic methods and doctrines which…can be properly identified as ‘fascist.’
