This will be a big move for DoD. Breaking apart the current Advana contract will be a huge benefit with multi-vendor integration. Admittedly, the complexity of delivery will increase with so many players integrating so many capability areas. I expect end-user and data team support to improve dramatically. If it doesnt, this will be a wasted effort.
