“Kathleen was a member of our corporate intern program and spent the summer session with our HR Organizational Development group. While her team wasn't directly within mine, we did interact several times, and I was in contact with her manager and specific work group peers. Kathleen was one of the more talented interns our program has seen. She was able to quickly get involved in activities and after a short time, was considered to be the same as the full time employees in her workgroup. In addition, Kathleen worked on a project that was fairly detailed and that would have been normally assigned to a full time OD specialist. I don't think anyone on the team would have had more success with the project than Kathleen did. I would definitely recommend Kathleen for opportunities in our HR group should that ever be an option.
