📍 EFEL is on the move to Kansas City, being led by the incomparable Chelsea Laub! Enneagram for Evolving Leaders is my baby. This two-day, intensive training dives into the Enneagram in a way that no other professional development conference provides. Yes, there's a lot of information to try and digest about ourselves, how we operate in the workplace, and the motivations behind our actions. However, this is also safe space to reflect and put into practice ways of identifying and supporting our colleagues' uniqueness for better collaboration, which I believe is key for ultimate change. At every EFEL training, there are intense moments of realization about one's self that feel overwhelming. Being SEEN, VALUED, UNDERSTOOD, and SUPPORTED by a group of fellow trainees? How many of us can say we experience THAT in our professional development trainings? This is why my team and I put such care into the planning and execution of EFEL. From the personalized data sets to the name tags, everything about this training is about supporting and caring for each person who enters our space.
