Broadcom hits back at AT&T..... Few days back, AT&T had lodged a legal complaint against Broadcom for unfair termination of its pricing contract with VMware. Now Broadcom is back with its own rebuttal. The rebuttal, i feel, is not very valid. If VMware gave into AT&T's negotiation tactics, it should not be AT&T's fault. The original legal case by AT&T should stand irrespective of whether AT&T was planning to migrate away from VMware or not. Interesting developments are going to happen here.
