Successful ventures that have achieved Product-Market Fit and have scaled their operations will probably face this new reality: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀. As explained by Mark Suster, this liquidity is most likely to come from Private Equity firms, who have the expertise to evaluate companies based on long-term fundamentals, much like the approach taken by Warren Buffett (rather than the speculative one from crypto-traders 😉). Valuation is not a one-time event but a dynamic process that follows a chain-like logic, where each link is interconnected. An irrational (high) valuation early in the chain can have significant repercussions later on, leading to fewer financing or liquidity options - as professional investors will not accept it. A crypto investor is in big trouble and he counters with "I instructed all my tax attorneys and preparers, ‘We need to do everything perfectly because I don’t want any problem with the IRS at all...That was their instructions the whole time.” This is somewhat hard to believe, given the facts in the case of Roger Ver, the successful crypto entrepreneur awaiting extradition to the US in Spain. The IRS used their own blockchain analysis to find Ver evaded more than $48M in income and "exit" taxes. Ver claims he did nothing wrong and told his advisors to report everything accurately...but $48M in errors seems like a bit of a stretch. For years, some crypto entrepreneurs didn't believe the IRS had the tools or resources to accurately calculate their taxes stemming from crytpo...but they very much do. Ver disputes the DOJ's claims and says he has evidence that will prove his innocent. But thinking this way can be a huge mistake. 📉 Finance isn't just about numbers; it's about understanding your business's heartbeat. ❤️ Ignoring it means missing out on crucial insights that drive growth. And leaving it all to an accountant? Let's not even go there. 😅 Yes, finance can be powerful... But it takes time to master. And it doesn't happen overnight. If you want to scale your SaaS, you need to embrace finance. And maybe even enjoy it.😛

AI is going to eliminate many independent Tax Advisors and Accountants for the wealthy, but not for the reason you think. Why? It's not b/c they will be automated (that is part of the story). It's because they have a bad business model. Firms with better business models tend to win. Tax Advisors charge by the hour. So do Accountants. That is ok (some charge a lot!), but ultimately does not scale. Each incremental hour of work has the same marginal cost. RIAs / Wealth Advisors charge AUM fees, usually 1%. Guess what that scales very very nicely. Each new dollar you manage is ~100% margin accretive. RIAs love this! As their clients become wealthier, they make more money with the same amount of work. Sometimes those clients come to RIAs and say "Hey, will you do our taxes?" the Advisor thinks..."hmmm...that is a lot of work and if we screw up the client will be very very upset." So the Advisors says "tell you what, we don't do that, but here's a great firm we recommend". The Advisor does not want to earn more money, if it takes too much work. So what has changed? Well, AI is going to increase efficiency of Tax Advisors and Accountants. The RIA can now perform those services without taking too much of a margin hit. But it is still a margin hit...so why do it? Competitive pressure. Ultimately, RIAs win by doing what their clients want. Clients want one firm to do everything. If RIAs DON'T start doing their clients taxes, estate planning etc, that client will look elsewhere. To make clients happy, more RIAs are going to start in-housing these services. They have the business model that can support it now that the margin hit is lower and the competitive pressure higher. Open to feedback here, love to hear where you agree or disagree. To be clear this is not saying all Tax Accountants and Accountants for are going away. It is saying that more of them will be employed by RIAs vs being independent. Also for clients who are less wealthy (and don't have a wealth advisor), they will still have to pay hourly. Thanks to Joshua Brown for helping shape my thinking on this from a recent conversation. All stories about downloads/flashings/manual or semi-manual transactions and transactions on the global server are completely untrue. Nobody with millions and billions will run around the Internet knowing that he does not have POF for his assets/funds, all these transactions are 99.99% designed for people who can be cheated out of money or set up for trouble with a fine or other big problems. There are many scammers and many people/companies that work for ................, and all these people and companies act as both senders and receivers, be smart, consult with lawyers, be vigilant and attentive, so as not to be cheated and not have big problems. Who broke/hacked the blockchain? - Nobody The security service clearly and clearly sees that the login was without the corresponding two blockchain keys. Logging in to the system without the corresponding keys immediately comes under control. Banks and platforms use blockchain keys. Who broke/hacked the blockchain? - Nobody All these downloads and firmware are nothing more than a flash - virtual balance, which is a SCAM. All fees for sending and transferring cryptocurrency or funds are automatically debited from the Sender's account/wallet, if this does not happen, then this is 100% SCAM. Requiring any access to any card/account/wallet is 100% SCAM. Requiring prepayment or any fees in advance for these transactions is 100% SCAM. Who broke/hacked the blockchain? - Nobody There are many scammers and many people/companies that work for ................, and all these people and companies act as both senders and recipients, be smart and contact lawyers, be vigilant and attentive, so that you do not get deceived and do not get into big problems.
