My grown up book report: A New Compact: Aligning Physician-Organization Expectations to Transform Patient Care by Mary Jane Kornacki and Jack Silversin I found this read was valuable for an entrepreneur in the medical field. This book addresses the complex dynamics between healthcare providers and organizations. The insights on aligning expectations could help improve communication, enhance collaboration, and optimize patient care—crucial aspects in navigating the challenges we have faced with hospital systems as well as insurance systems and supporting effective healthcare delivery. Here's an example of "innovation" and "collaboration" in action. We're thrilled to have been chosen by NextGen Healthcare to enhance their payer enrollment processes via Madaket's payer enrollment and provider data management platform. Payer enrollment, the largely manual process of enrolling physicians into health plans, is fraught with errors and delays increasing operating expense and delaying revenue.
